About Us
Our Services
We offer a board and training package for Hunters and Jumpers that focuses on preparing horses and riders for high level competition in both the Ontario and Quebec circuits.
For us, success is defined as the development of a solid partnership between horse and rider, and achieving continuous improvement in both skills and confidence. Each program is carefully constructed to build the fundamental skills required by both horse and rider.
Our mission is to share in our love for horses and passion for the sport. Learning should be a motivating and rewarding experience that includes short and long term goals. Through our personalized service, students maximize riding time to reach their full potential. This can only be achieved in a safe environment while respecting the horse.
Our team of professional and qualified staff, are dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for the education of our riders and the exceptional care of our horses.

Boarding

Lyra Farm is led by Valérie Bourbonnais and Jason Lauzon Couvillon
Valérie Bourbonnais
Founder of Lyra Farm
Valérie has been building Lyra Farm with intention, consistency, and heart for over a decade.
With more than 20 years of experience working with horses and a background as a certified Competition Coach recognized by Equestrian Canada, her approach goes beyond riding and training.
Lyra Farm reflects a natural evolution — a space where horses, people, and well-being meet.
Through the addition of MAG Therapy, Valérie has expanded the farm into a place not only for learning and performance, but also for connection, grounding, and personal growth.
Her work today is guided by one simple idea:
That is centered around the horses, and the quiet, grounded environment they naturally create.

Jason Lauzon Couvillon

His approach is practical, steady, and focused on doing things properly with the long-term in mind.
