Not just a farm. A different way of experiencing horses.

Lyra Farm was created from a desire for something calmer, more intentional and deeply connected for both horses and humans.

What started as a shared passion slowly became a space where presence, care and meaningful experiences could exist together.

Here,

We believe horses have a unique way of bringing people back to themselves.

Back to presence.
To patience.
To honesty.
To connection.

Whether through lessons, boarding, wellness experiences or quiet moments at the farm, everything we create is rooted in care, respect and intention.

Valérie Bourbonnais

Founder of Lyra Farm

Valérie has built Lyra Farm with intention, consistency, and heart for over a decade.

With more than 20 years of experience working with horses and as a Certified Competition Coach recognized by Equestrian Canada, her work has always gone far beyond riding and training.

What began as an equestrian farm naturally evolved into something deeper — a space where horses, people, and well-being meet.

As Lyra Farm became the home of MAG Therapy and SHE by Lyra, Valérie expanded the farm into a place not only for learning and performance, but for reconnection, grounding, and meaningful personal growth.

Her approach is centered around one simple belief:

that horses create something rare — presence.

In their quiet, honest way, they invite people to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.

Today, her work is built around creating that space — calm, intentional, and deeply rooted in the experience of feeling something real.
